I am so pleased to contribute to a blog for Britannia Bodyworks website. I am a retired Psychiatric Nurse, a mother of 3 and a Grandmother of 4. Over my working years I became aware of the necessity to be pro-active with my health. When I had a health challenge 30 years ago I really had a wake-up call. That lead further research and looked for more options. At the time the market for alternative wellness was not well established and certainly not excepted by the medical community. When I was introduced to a Japanese Global Wellness Community and looked at what it had to offer I knew I found my answer. That took me on a journey of education, reading, joining other like-minded people and self-development.
